WHO AM I

M. Lambert! an author/illustrator! I like to create dramatic worlds, and scenes, design characters, creatures, aliens, monsters, props... and just about anything!World building and storytelling are two of my passions, and getting to explore them in writing and art is just the BEST. THING. EVER


WHAT I DO


I create stories! I started writing first,  a passion I've had since I was a wee little witch, sitting in my bedroom on  the weekends and losing myself in stories. I liked to draw back then, but I had this idea that if I wanted to be a professional author one day, I had to focus in on JUST THAT.  You know what they say: Jack of all Trades, master of  none!
....

That's actually bull. Oh, and the proper saying is, "Jack of all trades, master of none: Still better than a master of one!"

Now I spend my time  writing and drawing!  Finally figured to go ahead, and start work on a graphic novel! I mean, when I write, I kinda see the scene in my head, and translate that to  words: why not skip a step in translation!

I also do a variety of other  arts and crafts! Knitting, sewing, crochet, papercraft, popup cards,  origami...  
 
... Maybe better to state the things I haven't done! I haven't worked with Worbla, I don't do leather-working, and I haven't done soap-making.  Yet.
